Being an out of area landlord is hard so when it came time to choose a realtor to sell some properties we chose Teresa Fernandez. We have had experience with other realtors in town over the years and found Teresa to be very responsive and professional.
Being a hands on client with lots of questions, it was great to have a realtor answer her phone or respond to an email so quickly.
When, the day before the close of escrow, we had a plumbing issue, Teresa immediately responded to help get the water turned off and helped the plumber access the property.
Teresa seems well connected to the community and has the resources to help get a property sold. We highly recommend her.
